Product Description & Applications

Primary Use: This controller is specifically designed to manage the operation of cold storage sliding doors.

System Components: The system typically includes the AIG-1500P-02Y control box, the AIG-750L-06 controller (available in voice or touch screen models), and a compatible DC brushless motor.

Target Environment: Designed for cold storage, the compatible motors are built to operate in temperatures ranging from -30°C to 60°C.

Key Features

Customizable Operation: Users can adjust a wide array of parameters, including opening/closing speeds, torque, and delayed closing times.

Advanced Monitoring: The system includes a monitoring menu (parameters N01-N24) to track real-time data such as output frequency, current, door position, fault records, and total run times.

Interface & Indicators: The digital tube display uses specific codes to indicate status:

Standby: Displays "000".

Input Signals: Identifies sources like remote controls (100), pull cords (200), radar (300), and anti-pinch sensors (400).

Operation Status: Shows whether the door is opening (001) or closing (002).

Integrated Peripherals: The controller manages external components like heating wires (up to 1KW) and air curtains (up to 2.2KW).

Benefits & Safety Functions

Safety Protections: The system features anti-pinch torque settings and determination times to prevent accidents.

Note: Entrapment protection is not active within 20 cm of the fully open or closed positions.

Reliability: The motors feature insulation Grade B and are moisture-proof, making them suitable for the high-humidity environments typical of cold storage.

Ease of Maintenance: The controller records the latest four faults (E01-E99), allowing technicians to quickly diagnose issues like Hall sensor failures (E02), undervoltage (E05), or overspeed (E15).

Flexible Control: Supports multiple working modes, including panel click operation or external control modes (radar, pull cord, etc.).

Important Safety Note: To prevent high-voltage induced electricity and risk of electric shock, the motor earth wire must be connected to the controller's grounding mark.
